ICF Mentor Coaching Pro: Nurturing Excellence in Coaching
The ICF requires all credential applicants to work with a Mentor Coach, and this program provides structured support to help you meet that requirement. Through guided coaching and feedback on observed or recorded sessions, you’ll engage in a collaborative process designed to strengthen your skills and align with the ICF Core Competencies. Dr. Avra Lyraki facilitates the program, providing practical insights and targeted guidance to help you develop as a professional coach. The program focuses specifically on enhancing your coaching abilities, offering feedback and practice to support your professional growth. Participants work directly on refining their coaching skills without distractions from unrelated content. This approach helps you progress toward ICF credentials while improving your effectiveness as a coach.
